Meet the Team

Having lived in Springfield all my life and attending Perryfields as a pupil (a few years ago!), I joined the team in 2011, and until recently was a midday assistant (MDA).  Both my sons also attended Perryfields in the mid 2000's.

I very much enjoyed my role, interacting with the children, helping and supporting them to have a safe, happy and productive lunch hour.  The role of MDA has certainly changed in the 14 years I've been doing it, and I have done everything from first aid to impromptu football referee!

Last year I took on additional duties as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), which now afford me time on a 1:1 basis, helping in the classroom.  I now focus solely on this role and being part of the classroom environment - there is always something to keep me busy!

Outside of work I emjoy spending time with my family and friends.
