Making Patterns 1st October 

For our maths topic this week the children have been making repeating patterns using a range of classroom resources. 

MacMillan Cake Morning 

Thank you to everyone who came to our cake morning. The children had a lovely time and we raised lots of money for a worthy cause. 

Starting School 

The children have all settled very quickly into school life. They have been spending time making new friends and exploring the resources in the classroom and outside areas.

The children enjoyed learning all about Lunar New Year this week. Each class went into the hall to make crafts to celebrate the festival.

Whole School Trip to Layer Marney Tower

We all had a great day out learning about Tudor times. We climbed to the top of the tower, tried maypole dancing, looked at armour and did archery!
