Congratulations Perryfields Infant School!

I’m pleased to inform everyone that Perryfields Infant School has successfully been awarded the Active Essex Key Stage 1 Award.  This is for being recognised for good practice in physical activity, PE and school sport across the school.  We wanted to congratulate everyone and share this success with our whole school community.

Sporting Success!

On Tuesday, Mrs Bowen and Miss Cansell took eight Year 2 pupils to the Melbourne athletics centre to compete against 14 other schools.  The children took part in various athletic activities from long jump, high jump and running. I’m pleased to say that out of 15 schools Perryfields Infant School came 2nd.  Huge congratulations go to Alex, Ralph, Oscar, Teddy, Harley, Phoebe, Callie and Robyn.  The children proudly came into school the next day wearing their silver medals—FANTASTIC!
